All of our internet mortgage leads are generated by natural search results from www.crhome.com. We do not broker or resell any mortgage leads from any other source.

Fresh leads are delivered to your designated email address as they are received, during normal business days, except for leads that are received overnight, or over the week-end, which will be sent the following business day. The number of daily leads can vary depending on the availability.

Short form mortgage leads are available on a non-exclusive basis for $20 each, which are delivered to a maximum of 4 lenders, or exclusive leads are $45 each. The minimum order is 10 leads, and all orders must be pre-paid by check or credit card prior to delivery.

Standard lead filters include owner occupied homes, $50,000 minimum loan, all credit types, leads will include home equity loans, second mortgages, home equity credit lines, refinance home loans, home improvement loans, and debt consolidation loans, with a maximum of 100% loan to value.

If a mortgage lead is a duplicate, has a bad phone number, wrong contact information, claims they never applied, or does not fit the filters, it can be replaced within 3 business days.
